For this month I went around and asked a few friends to give me one word that describes what mental health meant to them.
As you can probably imagine, one word? There are TONS to describe it, but when it all comes down to it, you truly have one word that means more to you or more than one. Mental Health will always be the #1 medical condition that steadily increases every day, every single second someone is suffering from a form of mental health condition.
